The LUGB series of vortex flowmeters is a state-of-the-art new flowmeter developed using the Karman vortex principle. This product is mainly used to measure the flow of fluids in industrial pipeline media, such as steam, liquid, gas and other media. This flowmeter has a large measuring range, high accuracy and low pressure loss. It is difficult to be affected by parameters such as density, viscosity, pressure and temperature of the fluid when measuring the volumetric flow rate. The piezoelectric stress sensor in our vortex flowmeter allows it to operate from -20 ° C to +250 ° C with high reliability. In addition, the product has analog standard signal and digital pulse signal output, which can be used with digital systems such as computers.

Five, installation conditions
The sensor should be mounted on a pipe that is vertical , inclined (liquid flow from bottom to top) , and horizontally the same diameter. The upstream and downstream of the sensor shall be equipped with a straight pipe section of a certain length, the length of which shall comply with the requirements of the front straight pipe section 15~20D and the rear straight pipe section 5~10D.
The nearby pipe in which the liquid sensor is installed must be filled with the liquid to be tested. The sensor should not be installed on pipes with strong mechanical vibration.
The inner diameter of the straight pipe section should be consistent with the sensor diameter. If not, the pipe with a slightly larger diameter than the sensor should be selected. The error should be ≤3% and not more than 5mm.
When the measured medium contains more impurities, a filter should be installed in addition to the required length of the straight pipe upstream of the sensor.
The sensor should not be installed in a small space, where the electromagnetic field is strong, and the space is small, which is not conducive to maintenance.
